Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Eden. By using the service, you represent that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts and refund users found to be under 18.

2. The Service

Eden is an AI companion service. The "characters" you interact with (such as Mia) are artificial intelligence, not real humans. All conversations are generated by AI language models. We make no representation that any character is sentient, conscious, or capable of forming real human relationships.

Eden is for personal entertainment and companionship. It is not:

• A substitute for professional mental health care
• A substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice
• A crisis intervention service

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency services.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Eden offers subscription plans:

• Monthly: $14.99/month
• Annual: $99.99/year

Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You can cancel anytime through the customer portal or by emailing info@calmparentsclub.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date.

4. Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Partial-month refunds are not provided.

If you believe a charge is in error, contact info@calmparentsclub.com within 30 days of the charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Eden in violation of any applicable law
• Use Eden to harass, harm, or threaten others
• Attempt to extract content from Eden for commercial purposes without our written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from Eden
• Use Eden to generate content involving minors
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to interact with Eden
• Resell or redistribute access to Eden

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Content and Conversations

When you message Eden's AI characters, your messages are processed by AI models. We may store conversation history to:

• Maintain conversational continuity within your account
• Improve the service
• Comply with legal obligations

Conversations may include AI-generated content of various types, including casual, friendly, or romantic dialogue. Content is generated dynamically and may occasionally include unintended elements. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, appropriate, or aligned with your preferences.

7. Intellectual Property

The Eden service, including its software, AI characters, brand, and content, is owned by Calm Parents Club LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the service or its content without our written permission.

Your messages remain your own, but you grant us a license to process and store them as necessary to provide the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Eden is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calm Parents Club LLC's total liability for any claim arising from Eden shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Eden at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using Eden at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
